This is home of the weight loss program Ideal Protein I have been a member since 2019. THIS DIET REALLY WORKS!!!!! The only thing that is required of you is COMMITMENT to the program, on January 3rd of 2022 my son started the Ideal Protein and I restarted it . Yesterday 01/22/2022 at our weekly weigh in Tyler had lost 25 lbs. and I lost 17 lbs. the establishment is firm on following COVID-19 Protocols .The staff is courteous , professional and friendly. Dr. Riley is our program coach , educates us on nutrition, the sum of all the parts of the Science of the Ideal Protein Diet.

I love NJ center for health and healing. They've given me my confidence back. They've shown me how to eat right. They're protocol makes sense and it works. The food they give you is delicious and you get to choose. And they're with you every step of the way!

Only been once for an adjustment but I love it. Dr h is very knowledgeable and communicative, letting you know about everything you need to know about what is going on in your spine and how it relates to health. Going back today!!
