Wingstop

I went to this location and asked for a 10 piece combo meal with voodoo fries on the side. The adolescent male taking my order charged me for 2 meals with regular fries and voodoo fries. There was a miscommunication but after reviewing the order 2 times he still got it wrong!!!! He ended up printing my order 3 different times. Once i saw there was a mistake on the final order, i asked for a refund, he said didn't know how to do refunds and that their manager was not there. What kind of employee doesn't know a simple task of completing a refund? Staff is mostly teenagers who fail to represent the business, and management should consider teaching them how to complete a refund. I paid extra for something I didnt want and this lack of customer service is unacceptable. Team should have had atleast an assistant manager there to help with refunds or mess ups. This was the male (photo taken from a previous review who had a similar experience with the same person).

Terrible experience. Kid taking my order messes up the order and charges me double for it- tells me he cant give me a refund because his manager isnt there and he cant give me the food he charged me for because if I want to come back and let the manager know then they wont issue my refund. So I have no refund or no food he charged me for. To top it all off- he sits where my food is supposed to go and then goes and chit chats to his buddies in back about my group like 3 teenagers gossiping and looking over. Now I understand it is wingstop and it is not a professional environment to work in, but come on. If I could give negative stars for service i could.
