asked if they had a stepper key, guy tells me they do. drove an hour to get it and they say they don't have it. I guess I'm just use to houston bearing where everyone knows what they are doing and talking about. trust me, if your in a pinch this is not the place to go to

I am going to start off by saying that I wish that every business was ran this way. Tom The owner is as humble as humble can be. I brought in a rare ball bearing that no one can find for a Karavan Jetski trailer And within the hour this man was able to locate the parts and give me detailed information. He was helpful and informative. He spent his own time doing the research. other places were clueless of what I needed. Thank you Tom and Associates.
