This office is the best at wasting your time. They do not, Return your calls you will often find yourself calling them and are required to speak to a specific person that is never available. After leaving a message you will not get a call back. The office staff is dishonest, besides them telling you that you will receive a call back but do not. Regarding your case, they will say anything for you to stop calling such as they are working on it, they will say they have sent you and email and have not. It could be that the staff isn’t knowledgeable therefore they will say anything to get you to stop calling. You will also definitely get that impression when asking them questions about your case. They are clueless. They are most likely getting a kickback from sending their clients to a chiropractor that over charges you. They do not explain billing issues and you will end up with insane billing fees. They never discuss matters regarding your settlement as if this is the best you can get just sign. I do not recommend this office. If you are having doubts, just read the reviews - they aren’t the best.
