I hired Jeton the owner of OTR to replace my roof and he made it look brand new. He gave us a timeline when the job would be completed and it was. The crew were also very pleasant and at the end of the job they made sure the property was thoroughly clean. I would highly recommend them. Promise you will not be disappointed. OTR owner was amazing. I live in AZ but the miles didn't make a difference because of the diligence of Jeton who provided me with pictures throughout the roof installation from start to finish. The workmanship was professional and beautifully done. I truly have peace of mind and for this I am thankful for choosing OTR. I highly recommend OTR as your company of choice. My initial experience with Jeton was positive relative to other rigging companies. He worked with me and gave a fair price. The day of the roofing was a totally different matter. His "cousin" was leading the job and once my roof was off suddenly the price tripped. From $12k to $43k! According to the cousin the roof was moldy and wood split. The plywood no good. He applied a huge amount of pressure to move forward "we need to order the plywood, spray. you need to decide. My guys are here we need to move forward." I refused and called my ex who is a contractor. He came over and started to talk to this cousin guy. I called Jeton and he was busy on another job. I was terrified. My ex talked to the guy and wanted to go on the roof to see for himself. The cousin at first said no but my ex insisted as he's a contractor and has his own insurance. He went up and all the problems that were there suddenly disappeared. No mold. No split beams. Nothing. We called the township inspector who came over, looked up, and from the ground said there was nothing wrong with my plywood. He also said they needed to pull a permit because they were replacing part of my chimney. 3+ months later he still hasn't pulled a permit. I'll do it myself at this point after I asked Jeton about it that day and since. He's doing nothing about it and lied at first saying it wasn't needed. I think our towns building inspector knows what's needed. My ex talked to the cousin and then Jeton when he came over later.l once the cousin walked off the job. My ex also talked to the Latino workers in the roof who all said this company did this so the time and are crooked. I of course was irate that Jeton and his team would try this bait and switch with me. Thank God I had a man to come challenge them. I get sorry for other women who work with them who are getting taken advantage of. They ignored my objections but when my ex showed up the tune changed big time! Ugh. The worst part was how Jeton tried to act like he was so shocked that his cousin has done this. I don't but it. I'm an owner of multiple businesses and my staff reflect on me and my business. Anyway the roof looks fine but if I could give them 0 stars I would. They treated me unfairly, lied, tried to get away with unnecessary work and then pretend like nothing has happened once challenged by a man. I do not recommend them. Especially for women without a man to back them up. Nonsense.

For anyone making appointments outside of the north Jersey area, please be aware that if you make an appointment for an estimate with this company, you will not hear from this company until they are supposedly an hour out from your home. When they call, they do not leave messages and expect an immediate response. If you do not respond immediately (I responded 7 mins via text after their phone call due to an emergency call with my job) they will assume you do not want the estimate. If you do respond, you will encounter a very unprofessional conversation and be punished and admonished for not responding immediately to their phone call. Needless to say I believe the discourtesy was acutely due to the distance the company business is from my home and a sudden unwillingness to come this far south in Jersey on a Saturday. I do not recommend this company for anyone outside of the designated area listed on their website, even if they they claim they are will service your area. For anyone within their actual service area I hope they will treat potential clients better then they did me.
