This establishment does not need your business or new business. They don't respond to the email they require a customer to send with pictures and a brief description of what services your needing. After 6 business days I had to follow-up in person only to be told that unfortunately they are experiencing major obstacles with the "Supply Chain Shortage ". Therefore I could buy part of my order now and no timetable on the rest. I am now currently looking for a new Locksmith.

Wanted to use a local business, woman owned, and boy was I wrong!!!  Called over eight  weeks ago for a lock installation and was told on the first call that it would be at least three weeks, to send the picture of what I wanted and I'd get a call back.  Four weeks later, I was breathlessly told that it was impossible to schedule anything, they were still too busy!!!   Enough said, I am looking for a new locksmith.  This used to be an excellent local resource, but obviously it is not any longer.
