Dr. Debra Landau-Kennis

I have been going to Dr. Landau for years and am very happy with the services, staff is very nice and profesional. Dr. Kim is also very good. I recommend Dr. Landaus office.

I was taken in as an emergency patient which was amazing, however no work was done until a few days later, makes sense, however, the day i came for my scheduled appointment, everything still felt rushed. The doctor (Dr. Kim) had only taken two x-rays, barely looked at anything before stating the procedure I needed, additionally, prior to doing any work, he seemed to take my pain as an overreaction. After my appointment where I had gotten a filling, and into the next day I began feeling worse pain than what I had originally come in with, feeling sharp pains down to my nerve as I explained to the doctor and receptionist. When calling the office to voice my concern I was immediately met with condescending attitude and comments, after stating that I visibly still saw the decay on my tooth I was told I was wrong. As a new patient expressing concern about a procedure that felt rushed, and immediately being met with this negative attitude I chose to go somewhere else and expressed this. I was again reminded that I was an emergency patient, disregarding the fact that no work had been done until my later scheduled appointment. Seeing how this office has amazing reviews I am extremely disappointed, my pain has escalated, my concerns were taken negatively, and majority of my time there felt as though they were digging for money. I felt very welcomed when they accepted my emergency appointment at the very last minute, and made an additional appointment for my filling soon after, however, with how everything was handled, I now realize I would have been better off waiting a week or two for another doctor to see me.

Everyone is very nice in this office. I feel so comfortable here. Very respectful that people have budgets when suggesting work. Prioritizing what is necessary and what can wait. Always a great experience and fantastic work.
