Oscar is the best. He is professional and kind and does an excellent job! This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had with someone coming in for home maintenance. I called Oscar in a panic because there were bird sounds coming out of my dryer (I wasnt home to see or hear this but my little sister let me know that she was hearing animal sounds coming from the vent)- Oscar was extremely empathetic and sent over a technician within an hour. The only "negative" review I have is about the actual technician that showed up to the house for the bird removal, as he wasn't able to assess the gravity of the situation correctly and kept back tracking on what the service costed. For transparency, Oscar quoted $150 and this guy said the same at first but then said its actually going to be $225. Again, I was not physically home so communication with this technician was hard as is over the phone. TOTALLY fair charge ($) given the bird situation was worse than we thought, but this technician failed to recognize this at first, said the job was done, and then last minute realized before he left that there were more birds in the vent. So, it definitely felt really unprofessional from a customer's perspective that the technician was going back and forth. I called Oscar to tell him the issue, and Oscar was really poised, professional, and even gave me a follow up call back to give me additional context and close the loop with me. I'm not at all surprised by the endless 5 star reviews. The service makes the business and Oscar is one of the most genuine business owners I've spoken with.
