The groomer we had was great her name is Kelly. She was on time and our dog looked well groomed after each session. The reason for 2 starsis that our groomer left the business and we were never notified. We had grooming appointments for the next 6 months. The morning of our dogs appointment we noticed the groomer was late so we sent her a text. She responded about and hour or so later letting us know she was no longer with the company. We then reached out to the business number and never received a response. I would love to recommend this business but I cant recommend a business that doesnt value their clients (we never missed an appointment in the year or so weve been a client).

Gina is terrific and does a fantastic job grooming my golden Haleigh. I highly recommend.
