    I bought furniture quite a few years ago. I spent thousands on bedroom furniture for my son. My thought was that I was buying well built furniture that would be an investment and last years.. well that was not the case. The drawers have slowly fallen apart one by one to the point they do not close completely because the tracks have failed. The knobs have continuously fallen off and now the bottoms of the drawers are failing. All that was ever stored was clothes and underwear. So disappointing

    Love this store! The furniture inside is beautiful, and well made. The staff is very helpful and courteous. We have purchased outdoor furniture from them and have been very satisfied with quality and delivery! Outdoor wood furniture can last a long time, if brought under cover but The poly-lumber furniture is so much better and easier with no extra effort.

    Furniture overpriced!! Delivery not as promised. I had to call to see if my furniture was in. Called the day before to tell me they only deliver on Tuesday or Wednesday. They did make arrangements for a Saturday delivery. Guy never showed up. My husband had to help another worker bring the furniture in our house!!! Buffet delivered with no clips to hold shelves. One month later still waiting for clips unable to use furniture. Staff NEVER calls back when they promise. Paid by check because they charge extra to use a debit or credit card. Wish I would have charged it. I would of at least had some recourse for pieces missing. I WILL NEVER use Affinity Furniture again.

Hi Natalie,We are sorry to see this negative review, and have decided to reply publicly only because our multiple attempts to reach you have gone unanswered. We do want to clarify a few items so if future customers are reading this, they are not misled. We do not charge a credit or debit card fee on indoor or outdoor furniture. As for the delivery, we are a small family-owned business which is why many customers like to shop with us, and we do not have a plethora of delivery drivers. Being such, we have limited delivery days. We accommodated your schedule and unfortunately, one of our delivery drivers was ill. When we contacted your husband to reschedule, we had a conversation in which he shared that he could assist our delivery driver and preferred to do this instead of re-scheduling. We are thankful for his help. Upon arrival, we noticed there were missing clips to your buffet. We take responsibility for not checking on this beforehand. There was also a delay in getting the clips from the manufacturer and we apologize for that, however we did overnight them to your address when received and have confirmation that they arrived at your home from the post office. So, if you are still missing the clips, we ask that you contact us immediately so we can resolve this issue. Thank you for your patronage.
