Not had good experience, they dont update progress & Stars. Nor work with the kid on the improvements needed. Even after 1 year they want to keep the kid in the same class. Have to request multiple times to get 1 evaluation done. You get assurance that Stars/ Progress would be updated, as well as evaluation would be done. But we have to follow up every time. End result they say kid is not 100% there. Since no update was made on the past, current progress.Its unfair to hinder growing kid development and progress by stopping him to go to next level and making him repeat the same thing over and over in a smaller pool, when he had already done good at other places with bigger & deep pool.Kid curiosity after the evaluation post 1 year Did I pass my evaluation & graduate When you tell him no, their response What did I do wrong & what I was not able to do So ultimately instructor didnt bother to provide the feedback to the kid or try to correct him if he was not doing 100 % correctly. Instructor feedback to us Oh I thought it was his first lesson That after 1 year . Will go back to Woodbridge Community Center, since we didnt had great experience. Noticed big gaps among the instructor & front desk. No proper documentation or communication. I was told that kid have to be always be with same instructor, which may not be possible as he may not be available given day or next month if we decide to change the day for next month, then again past month efforts of the kid get wasted.

I enjoy that the aqua tot because they really they truly care about my child and me. I would love to recommend to people the classes. I love that the same teacher teaches the class week after week. I have been a customer for now more than a full year. I like that when I had to cancel my classes they were added to my make up. I love the transparency of the website application, that I can do make ups within a weeks time and make sure that if I need to cancel or call my daughter out of class I can do that with the convenience for the application, and even call or text the classes, and they get back to me as soon as possible. I did not think it possible for my daughter to be able to swim on her own and back float within the first year. I am truly grateful for this school and its awesome teachers and staff, for helping me on the journey.
