        If you are debating doing a trial class, do it! I instantly loved it. Ive never been consistent with any workout and I genuinely get bummed if I forget to sign up early and the class time I want is full. I love how each class is different and truly you can do anything for a minute or less! So for me it keeps me interested and it pushes me to complete them. The trainers are fantastic and Sumit, the owner has been very welcoming and encouraging. Sign up now! (Or dont because then my class time may be full )
