      image I was sent here by my surgeon to get a Covid test because I was getting a cosmetic procedure. First off, the elderly lady working the front desk wasn't wearing a mask at all. I waited over 20 minutes just to get a cotton swab up my nose. There was only one person ahead of me. That in it of itself isn't horrible. They charged me $235 after being told I wasn't being charged. COVID TESTING IS FREE- even if you don't have insurance. I tried calling and even left a message about sending the proper information to my health insurance. They never called me back and they never removed the charge on my account.
