Dr. Won-Chan Lee, DDS

I scheduled an appointment at 12pm only to sit in his office for 20 minutes. I finally asked when I will be helped, that I didn't have time to wait. I was told there are two people ahead of me. I made a new appointment the next day at 12pm and left. The next day, I was seated, but waiting another 15 min. Still nothing. I finally said Where is the doctor? He was with another patient. I left. Never to go back. Complete disregard for other peoples time and not able to make their own scheduled appointments.

Not a great dentist. The staff is nice, but not very attentive. The office is dated, technology and design wise. The cleaning was not at all thorough, by the dentist. Dr. Lee has not completed the crown work that was started. Not one of my phone calls, to make an appointment, has been returned. I have tried five times in the last 3 months. Time to move on to a better dentist. There are many more to chose from.
