Valley Road Dental Excellence should be the "road map" that all other dental offices in the area follow. Trust me, I did the leg work and finally I found a dental office I can call "home." I was greeted warmly by Deanna at the front desk. Excellent personality. I filled out my forms and there was no wait time -- I went right in! Babette cleaned my teeth and they sure look cleaner/brighter! She was a wonderful conversationalist and made me feel at ease. She took her time and did a great job. Dr. Scott Schaffer was awesome too. He also took his time with me and answered my questions. It's a clean office, with great music, and plenty of magazines in the waiting area. I'm a very happy customer! I would give 10 stars if I could!
