The food is pretty good. It's the service that's lacking. The team appeared adequately staffed but this did not lead to even a reasonable level of attentiveness. The sense of urgency and speed of service were non existent. The team spent most of my 15 minutes in the building talking to friends sitting at the counter or to each other. Literally stopping the order at points to respond to a point another team member was making. Playa Bowls is another 20 minutes away but that drive is feeling more doable at this point.

I’ve been going here for two years now and every time I’m always satisfied. They have friendly staff and a very clean environment. My fav employee is Anthony though; he always knows how to make my day starting with a frutella bowl :)) And everyone else including the new hires are just as great!

I ordered from the store on Doordash and didn't receive one of my items and when I called the merchant through doordash and even outside the app and no one picked up. Needless to say I'm not going to order from there again.
