Where do I start. Ordered a kit almost 4 weeks ago for nicotine test. Still nothing. "3 days to receive". Had a local environmental company use one of their EMSL kits to test for a vaping/nicotine test. Been going on 3 weeks, and still no results. Sample is lost so far. Customer service, logistics, reasonable wait, and overall/ any satisfaction are severely lacking. I would never consider this service again. Update- going on 4 weeks and still absolutely nothing. If you need a good nicotine test for vaping guests- best advice is to buy the swabs from Amazon and do it yourself or get a lab tech friend to do it for you. Immediate results and much cheaper without bs excuses.

This company is incredibly impressive with the variety of services and products offered. Im grateful for my project manager Jenifer Abels who works hard to make sure Green Home Solutions is well taken care of so we can best serve our clients. I get some lab tests done for a company that I help out with. The staff at the drop off counter is always helpful and take care of all issues and questions that I may have. They get the tests done promptly and everything is itemized and provided via email.
