Ive been to this wing stop a few times and Im always happy with my food (lemon pepper combo meal) . Theres always a long wait like they say 15-20 mins when you place online and its really like 35min wait. So thats annoying! But my foods always hot and employees are always nice so I can suck up the wait for fresh food. However this time I tried something different and got the boneless wings. Which I thought were disgusting mostly breading and needed way more flavor. My fries were also cold and soggy. Overall super disappointing meal and I ended up just skipping dinner because I didnt like the food. Anyway I called and explained my disappointment to the manager Hydie she was very friendly, understanding and helpful. My meal was so disappointing I considered not coming back here anymore but her customer service really helped rectify my disappointment.

These people keep screwing up my order. Last time we order garlic Parmesan and they gave us lemon. This time we order 12 wings and they gave us 10. Im good We live 20 minutes away so we cant just drive back. Service is only like this due to poor management. No wonder they have 2 stars.

There was no flavor in the wings and they were not cooked enough.All the employees were soooo sweet and very helpful,I wish we had taste tested the food before buying.,the chicken fingers were just okay.I made a special trip to this location because it was closer to where I reside.
