A crew was available very quickly to diagnose the mysterious sound of water running in our house at all hours, when we weren't using water. Watching them work, it was obvious: this was not their first rodeo. They explained their troubleshooting process to me slowly in language I could understand, and then started jackhammering my basement floor. It wasn't a great day for me or my cats, but they were careful and respectful of my home and found the problem. They had all the tools and all the guys to fix it promptly. I was impressed. We've been using Andrew Hall & Sons for more than 20 years. They are, without doubt, the most professional service people who have ever visited our house; complete with shoe covers for their feet and laying paper down over the floor so nothing gets damaged. Are they the cheapest out there? NO, but considering the quality of their work (and they've never come back to fix a mistake they made because they never made such a mistake), I feel Andrew Hall is a bargain. If you want cheap, go to someone else. If you want the best there is, Andrew Hall is the guy.
