Garden State Groundskeeping & Landscaping

Garden State Groundskeeping was extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. I had to call and follow up multiple times to schedule a job. Once the job was scheduled, nobody showed up to do the work, and they did not follow up to reschedule. Once I rescheduled and a crew showed up to do the work, their practices were downright dangerous. Their machinery caught fire multiple times, catching some leaves on our property on fire. A large attachment rolled down the hill and easily could have run into our car or house. My husband had to end up going out to help them with their equipment. I was surprised by their positive reviews, and will definitely be looking elsewhere for my landscaping needs.

We've been working with Garden State for the past two seasons and have done numerous projects with them, from maintenance to a new walkway/patio and landscape design/plantings. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. They are easy to work with, professional, responsive, and will address any issue that arises. We went from not spending any time in our yard to wanting to be outside all the time. I highly recommend them for any of your projects.

Excellent Landscaping Company. Bill and his team transformed the 85 foot raised planting Island in my driveway. From demo to reconstruction to cleanup, great job all the way around. They really do a great job of working with and listening to the customer. A personalized and 1st class experience all the way. Their ability to source hard to find plants and up-sized trees is impressive. The quality of their work and attention to detail is second to none. A wonderful experience.

The crew along with Peter, the owner, showed up exactly on time and did an excellent job weeding my perennial gardens. I liked that they could work independently since they had a good knowledge of plants.
