    I highly recommend Dr. Anita without hesitation. She is absolutely amazing! My entire family sees her, and we are all incredibly impressed by her level of care and expertise. Dr. Anita is a compassionate and excellent physician who has managed my diabetes perfectly. Since becoming her patient, I have complete trust in her abilities, and I wouldn't consider seeing any other doctor. She is simply outstanding and very good at what she does. Dr. Anita's dedication to her patients' well-being is truly commendable. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and really caring doctor, Dr. Anita is the one to choose. All the way 10 stars.

    I wouldnt rate this practice 1 star, but theres no other option. Id get the entire management staff replaced immediately and retrain all. These people shouldnt deal with patients, not even animals are treated the way I was today.Im 35yo, and I truly believe I experienced discrimination today for the first time in my life. I drove over an hour in inclement weather, I had the decency and respect of calling at 10:30am to give a heads up that Id be running late for my 11am, so Id arrive around 11:15. I work in healthcare and know that everyone appreciates the courtesy of a call ahead. I arrived and gave SUZANNE, CMA my ID/insurance card and was greeted with a mask box in my face, stating we now require masks in the office instead of a good afternoon. I was then asked what time I was scheduled for and told I was late, I then explained I called and was told well who did you speak to, I replied I called, I showed them my call log and the other lady at the front desk said oh it mustve been the call service, they placed a note but never communicated to the office directly, so how was this MY, the new patients problem? I was apologetic and explained the weather and turnpike situation and Id truly appreciate being seen, I left my office and took the drive because I needed the medical care, Suzanne then walked into the back and supposedly explained this situation to the doctor, to see if shed make an exception, to which the doctor declined because she was overbooked (waiting room was completely empty) & I was told I did not arrive by 11:15. This woman was being problematic and literally bickering. I looked at my phone and it was only 11:27, she had taken my cards, spoken to the doctor etc, if I wasnt there by 11:15 then no later than. 11:20, bottom line they have cameras if they want to check! I asked to speak to a manager, which they had none on the floor, they had someone covering who was just as useless and again, professionalism begins from the top! You must lead by example and patient care always comes first! I have worked in pathology for over 15 years and my staff has and will always treat patients with compassion, RESPECT and understanding. I understand if the doctor truly couldnt take me, however, an apologetic and professional manner goes a long way! A patient shouldnt leave in a state of panic and shaking from HBP! Its a shame because I have other family members who rave about how nice and attentive this doctor is and willingness to help patients, hence why, I wanted to have two minutes but wasnt given that much. Needless to say, I have zero interest in coming back, I have other and much reputable physicians, however, wanted to see if shed be able to help with my current condition. I will be reporting this to the medical board at Atlantic Health, and I hope the physician sees this review, but sadly probably doesnt care, just as her underpaid uneducated staff. Suzanne, all the best to you, I hope no one ever treats you or one of your loved ones the way you treated me today and I hope you learn a lesson.

    Charged for multiple appointments despite going for 1 yearly physical (covered by insurance). Disputed the charges, called the office and billing many times and this Randolph office didnt fix it. Was forced to pay for these excess appointments since they went to collection after a while. Dr Anita Mannacherrill wrote in the visit summary that patient is aware of the additional visit charges which I never would have agreed to this doctor is sneaky and unfair. Will not be going back.

    Worst Doctor I've ever visited. Not compassionate at all will not care anything about you or helping you. Completely incompetent more interested in passing you on to another doctor because she can't do her job honestly I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't have a license.
