iVideo Pocket WiFi

USA sim card speed was advertised as 4G LTE but speeds were in the kbps for upload and download. It relays the connection from US towers to Taiwanese towers then back, so your ping is ~600 and speeds are insanely slow. You also have a Taiwanese IP. I contacted customer support, they changed the post title and description so I couldn't get a refund and then said I was wrong. I usually don't write reviews, but this is just insane.... stay away.

Recently I need to stay in Japan because of COVID-19. I rented the pocket WiFi from iVideo. The speed is very fast and the connection is strong and smooth. It can be connected to my cell phone and computer at the same time. It's an amazing experience and I will definitely choose iVideo again next time !

I've been using their USA pocket wifi for about 2 months and there hasn't been any problems so far. What they really surprised me was the stable connection during live stream, games or movies. The price is good and the servie is quite efficient as well

First see this company and I thought the information they provide is fake, but after I rented a Japan WiFi for one month. I must say the experience was really impressive. The speed was fast and no throttled speed at all. The price was also really cheap! I will rent it again. THANK YOU IVIDEO

I just purchased the Japan SIM card last month. It's convenient and there is no need for complicated setting. It is connected once I insert the SIM card into my cell phone. One of my friend also rents Japan pocket WiFi recently. I think the rental price is cheap and I just note that ivideo also provides discount for long-term monthly rental customers. I will definitely choose ivideo WiFi rental for my next trip !
