I called to book a vacation. He asked my name and as soon as I said I was a new customer, he said thanks for calling and hung up on me! Guess they don't need the business.

I tried rebooking a flight that was through Lufthansa airlines, but only the travel agent is allowed to make changes based on a booking from a consolidated fare. I called Lufthansa and they stated they could not rebook and only the travel agent is allowed. I have read the guidelines from the airline and I should be allowed to rebook or get a refund for part of the journey. He first represented a later date for a return flight and said there was no other option. Then several phone calls later to Lufthansa customer service and moonlight travel he presented an earlier date at a higher premium. He assumed I was using vulgar language and raised his voice, then he continued to rant after all I said was Lufthansa and would not let me get a word in. Girish from moonlight travel is only looking to get your money and his commission. We have used him for years of bookings to India but it was always a game from day 1. Stay away from this place unless you are looking to waste money and ruin your travel plans. I would give no stars but 1 star is the minimum. Also he saw that we upgraded to business class on the way over here and tried to push a higher premium each time with a different date. Terrible business practices I dont know what else to say, just look at the previous reviews.
