I picked up my new car here on March 30th. It was easy. There was a dedicated area for people who were picking up their new cars. My car was ready on time. The salesperson briefed me on the key things, she set up my phone as a key and we were off. This is how it should be. Seamless.

Congratulations Tesla on an outstanding pc of engineering. The whole ordering and purchase process was amazing. Shame I lucked out to collect from Cherry hill. Worst car collection experience of my life. Was it antisemitism? Likely! I was treated like a stupid human. Kept waiting for my confirmed appointment over 20 minutes with no apology. And after paperwork completed , a couple of minutes max. I was directed to space 34 outback. Go figure it out by yourself buddy.!!!! Amazing, $60,000 purchase and I was made to feel like an outcast, most unwelcome and a nuisance!!! Very disquieting for such an important, progressive and exciting company!! I love my car and will get over being treated like a secondary citizen. I shall never go to Tesla cherry hill. Once was more than sufficient.

Excellent service at Cherry Hill Tesla. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. Today I was greeted by Tim. I only had a flat tire to be replaced, but he took great care of me and had me back on the road quickly.

Wish I had the names of the representatives who lied about the current incentives with Model 3 leases at the time of delivery, but unfortunately I dont. You would think there would be some level of accountability but absolutely zero. After many attempts to reach this location by phone, the first salesperson hung up in my face. The second one, Kelsey, refused to transfer me to the manager because this issue was not worth his time. Im in awe and truly wished I took my business elsewhere. Purchase your Tesla elsewhere. This location does not care about you whatsoever. Avoid at all costs. Theres a reason it has so many one-star reviews..
