I had the pleasure of working with Nate Sierer with a lease to buy contract. He worked hard to keep the leaser up to date on payments and build her credit standings to qualify for a loan to buy however even with his work and my patience that client was unable to meet the standards for the loan. Nate worked with me throughout the process but it was not meant to be. The property needed some repair and cleaning when client departed and Nate helped with that process as well. I would recommend Nate as I think he did everything he could to get the contract fulfilled. Thanks Nate! James

I must say, the whole experience was totally worth it! Nate was so helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Any question that I had, he had a confident answer that made me feel confident that I had made the best choice for my real estate needs. What a great system, and it works out for the buyer and seller working with Little Pink houses. I was skeptical at first because I had only know of the traditional way to buy/sell a home. This system is great because the "traditional" way to buy a home is not a 1 size fits all anymore for some people. I feel Nate really worked hard for us to get us into a beautiful home, where in the "traditional" way, I just could not get it done! Nate: thank you so much for your hard work, attention to detail, and such a caring attitude toward my situation. Would highly recommend you to my friends and family!
