Being first time home buyers, my wife and I had no clue what we were doing. Sam was the best realtor we could have had. Buying a home couldnt have been at a more difficult time with my wife being pregnant with our first going in and out of the hospital, to all the properties out there that were just not worth investing in. Sam hung with us through every bidding war, every crummy flip, every terrible deal until finally we found the perfect home for our daughter to grow up in. Sam never sugar coats anything and gives you his professional opinion every step of the way. I really cannot recommend Sam more, especially for first time buyers like us! Thanks Sam!!

I'm a veteran and Sam took me through my home purchase with relative ease. He is a great professional and I highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home. Sam listened as we went through homes, provided advice on each home and its condition, helped me understand pricing in the market and finally make the offer on my new home. He made it so easy for me in a very hot market. After my offer was accepted, he made sure everything promised was delivered and he kept up with the mortgage and title companies to make sure everything was done early for closing. I appreciate when someone knows their industry and executes with care and understanding. Sam does it all.

Sam Rifkin is a fantastic realtor! He just helped us with a quick relocation. We saw 10 houses in 5 hours (househunters speed dating!) talked them over, and picked one. He has a great eye for detail and a sense of humor. We never felt like he was trying to hard-sell us, but rather that we were working as partners to find the best house available in our price range. He gave us good advice on negotiating, recommended local contractors when we asked, and even did our "walk-through" for us by video and phone. We look forward to choosing him again in a few years when we move again.
