We worked with Ed in 2020 on the sale of our first home ( he also helped us purchase it 8 years prior). Ed was very knowledgeable about the market at the time of our listing and helped us through every step of the process without issue. He guided us and gave honest opinions about how to handle anything from listing price to home inspections to the final moving process. The best thing about Ed is he truly cares that the seller is happy with the transaction and will always be available for even minor questions at any point throughout the process.
