Andrew was great to work with. He was polite, available, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He was also very accessible to show me my home when I became interested in it. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didnt pick up, he always called back no longer than 5 minutes later and if I texted him with a question or an update, he would respond within 2 minutes. Andrew explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer to working with the mortgage banker. Andrew told me to make a counteroffer with the builder for the purchase price of my home and in doing so saved me 15K! Andrew is also very well versed at dealing with the other real estate agents; when there were disagreements about certain issues, Andrew was patient and worked through situations to give me a great result. His cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence he would get the job done and he did! Its like having a friend on the inside that is working for you. He really cares about his clients. Andrew's promptness, knowledge of the market, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I want to thank Andrew for the fantastic work he has done for me and going the extra mile in assisting me in buying my home, I could not have done this without him. When I am looking to buy again, I will not hesitate to call Andrew.

My experience with Andrew was Phenomenal from day one. Andrew's actions exemplified such great Attitude and Professionalism. I could not ask for more. He was there to answer all of my questions and those he did not know, he would get the answer and response almost immediately. I am a very hard person to impress but I was impressed by the way Andrew always saw the Positive in what to me was the worst that could happen. Such as my closing being pushed back several times. I recommend anyone that wants to have a great experience in this crazy market of buying a home to work with Andrew. I guarantee you will not be unhappy.
