Cooper Radiology at Cherry Hill

I had to call numerous times and had to have a temper tantrum just to get my results sent to me or the prescribing doctor. The latest is so bizarre...Dr. wrote that if needed, perform diagnostic tests and ultrasounds. After numerous years with that written on script with no issues, now they insist on performing a routine PLUS full gambit of tests? Guessing my insurance won't cover that crazy. I argued and ironic that SJ Radiology and a Haddon Hts Radiologist facility reinforces as I said, and as per Dr. instruction. ONLY AS NECESSARY BASED ON ROUTINE RESULTS!!! Now I am having issues with getting my previous discs to leave. Techs are great, the rest of the system is extremely incompetent.

Undergoing imaging can be an intimidating and tense ordeal. However, Taylor at Cooper Radiology in Cherry Hill proved to be an immense source of comfort during my visit. Her unwavering commitment to compassion and attentiveness to my needs transformed what could have been a daunting experience into an exceptionally positive one.

I had an appointment today for a ultrasound with " Nancy D". She was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about the test I was about to have. If I ever have to go for a ultrasound in the near future, I will be sure to ask for her.

Fine place. Friendly Helpful employees. No wait when I arrived minutes after 3pm for an x-ray walk-in. Closed at 4pm, NOT 24hours.
