I don't know what the bad reviews are for- I found them to both be very nice. The receptionist always texts me. I had a panic attack on my way to the appointment and they were both concerned. So far so good. I have seen Dr. Z a few times. he accommodates me by doing a Video session when I can not drive in.

Receptionist is rude. Just got off the phone with her. She told me they dont take my insurance. I simply went to explain that cooper matched my insurance, she cuts me off and says yeeeaaaahhhhh we dont take your insurance. If you're seeking legit therapy and she is the first person you speak with, makes the company look terrible. Thanks Susan.

Dr. Z is great! I would recommend him. He is thoughtful and caring.

Receptionist is the absolute worst! She is lazy and can not be bothered with life in general. My son was seeing Dr. Zielinski for a few months and throughout process if I needed to speak to him or get information to him I would have to wait for my appointment because according to his worthless receptionist "he does not do phone calls or email". I paid cash for a visit once and asked for a receipt she told me she couldnt give me one. I would have to wait until the end of the year to request one. I had to reschedule an appointment because my sister had just gone into labor and the receptionist told me Dr. Zielinski will not want to see my son anymore because it was his time is valuable. I was not overly impressed with Dr. Zielinski either. He had me sit in the sessions with he and my son which I have never experienced before. I knew my son would not communicate openly with me in the room. Wound up being a complete waste of time. Go somewhere else!!!
