They'll leave their patients to go cold turkey off their pain medication and don't Even show one bit of remorse! They canceled appointment 4 hrs before the appointed time and didn't care !!!! Beware they don't give a sh---t about the withdrawal the patient can experience they just DON'T CARE !! All because they don't accept Horizons insurance anymore they told her not to worry till they said so ! Well they told her hours before her appointment ! And that after 2yrs of being with them They just don't care about you

Dr slevin is great he really has helped me tremendously with my pain. He really cared about finding and fixing the problem. The staff is great aswell.

DO NOT COME HERE !!
1. They kicked my wife out of the program 1.5 years ago for a fentanyl issue( she was weaning off( with Dr Slevin doing the weaning)over years of being a patient
2. My son( has leukemia) sat in the office 2 weeks ago for 2 hours for a. Initial visit and then they said we dont take your insurance!
3. Wife went today 8/3/23 to update a medical marijuana card and was told she had to take a urinalysis 1st? That is like a few hundred dollar charge on top of the $100 copay and marijuana is legal now !!
HORRIBLE PRACTICE THAT I STRONGLY SUGGEST AVOIDING SO THEY DONT SCREW YOU OVER WHILE DUPING THE SYSTEM A D YOU WALLET !!!!
