Cooper Bone & Joint Institute

I usually see Dr Catherine Mayer for my arthritic knees. Last shot I had in them was a year ago. I call her sure shot because she always gets the sore spot. I tried to book with her recently because they are acting up but Dr Mayer is on an extended leave so they got me in yesterday with a new Dr. Eric Martin. Well let me tell you he has tied Dr Mayer for sure shot. Painless and knees feel great! Great bedside manner and explained every thing well. All the staff was wonderful and they did the X-rays right there before appt. That building is wonderful!

Hands down best Physicians-unfortunately the absolute worst support staff-still waiting ( 4 months) for my" call back" to have my PRP procedure scheduled-you can't schedule in office-you have to wait for the scheduler to call you.I received 1 call ( while at work) I called back same day on my break and left a message-and I have called several times since- left many messages...no response.

Very good Dr.s here. The staff here is usually pretty good but, sometimes there's an occasional hiccup. A very nice building and well maintained.

I was going to Rothman for my hip and knee that needs to be replaced. However, all of my doctors are Cooper doctors so I decided to give the Bone and Joint Institute a try. They are hands down the better place to go. First, I have a bad hip and a bad knee. When I went to Rothman I had to make two separate appointments and was seen for each individual ailment. When I arrived for my first appointment with Cooper, the doctor took X-rays of both and addressed both at that first appointment. What a time saver! The doctor that I saw explained what he saw in both the hip and knee and talked about the next steps. Then he was able to give me injections in my knee at that appointment and schedule me to get injections for my hip. One of my problems is that I need to lose some weight before I get the hip and knee replaced. Again, at the other doctors office they just simply said, You need to lose weight. At Cooper, the doctor explained exactly what I need to do and why. He was very encouraging and addressed what he can do to try and help me get some relief in the interim. The bottom linethe doctor and all of the staff at the Bone and Joint Institute were professional and helpful from start to finish. I feel like they care and are well equipped to handle these surgeries. This is a really big deal getting these surgeries done and they made a great first impression. I feel confident that I will be up and moving around in short order with Cooper doctors!
