One of the worst dealerships in the Mercedes Benz dealership, I have to say been to a few they lie and are very disrespectful when calling on the phone to resolve or get an update on progress which should have been done then try to say that they told you this people please stay clear of the place they dont deserve your business!!!!!! Reported to the AG office of New Jersey State

I leased a Mercedes and had it serviced with Mercedes-Benz of Cherry Hill. In my dealings with the service department, I was always treated with courtesy and respect. There was a clear focus on customer service and they were always mindful of my time. Whenever I had an issue, they took care of it and kept me informed throughout the process. I was very happy with my experience and would not hesitate to go back.

It is the second time I have made a service visit in Cherry Hill, I am disappointed not to receive the diagnosis of my vehicle, I understand the large influx of customers, but it is part of choosing your service to solve the concerns of customers. I hope it's all because of the remodeling they're doing now.
