I WAS A CLIENT OF HAND & STONE FOR MANY YEARS IN A FEW LOCATIONS. ONCE I CANCELED MY SERVICE, THEY TOLD ME I HAD A YEAR TO USE THE BALANCE OF MY ACCOUNT, AND NOW THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS PLACE TOLD ME ONLY HAD 90 DAYS TO USE, AND NOW, UNFORTUNATELY, I CANT USE IT BECAUSE EXPIRED.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL; THEY NEVER SENT ME A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH THE CANCELATION DETAILS, AND THEY ONLY MADE A LOT OF EXCUSES WITHOUT A SOLUTION, EXTENDED TIME, CREDIT, OR REFUND.
THESE PEOPLE, INSTEAD OF WORKING ON RESOLUTION OR RETENTION PROGRAMS FOR CLIENTS WHAT THEY DOING IS, CREATE A DISHONEST REPUTATION TO THE FRANCHISE.
