Working with Justin Scott and his ENTIRE office was fantastic!! I worked with Justin regarding my mom, Dawn and it was such a helpful and stress-free experience. 11/2022 Update: Still waiting for an informal accounting of my mother's estate. The beneficiaries were supposed to have a "review" and approval" before distribution of funds. However, funds were distributed without the proper review and approval. This is unethical and improper at best. My ongoing emails to the company go ignored. 7/2022 Update: I requested an accounting of the estate due to missing money. No accounting was done. My rights were ignored. Instead, they distributed the funds to 9 out of 11 beneficiaries. It's been over 3 years. I am reporting the firm to the NJ Courts Ethics Committee - again. You would think someone would pick up the phone and call me. Original review: Unresponsive, Inept, Unprofessional, Unknowledgeable Update: 1.5 years later and 3 'Scott Counsel' attorneys later, and my mother's estate is still not finalized. My sister hired Scott Counsel. I had to hire separate counsel to try to have this finalized.
