Mark Salem was an awesome designer! He gave my boys and I so many options to fit our budget. He was very pleasant and we were so impressed with his attention to detail. Going above and beyond to help us understand the financial part of our remodel. I will definitely tell my friends and family about my Wren experience and how affordable they are. Thank you we are so excited!!

We purchased a set of cabinets from Wren in Lawrence. The design and delivery of the product is fine. However, the sink wasn't in the material nor the color we wanted. We asked for an exchange. Their response was NO! " it has been over 30 days since the delivery"

Fell for the big showroom and in store experience. Severely fell short from the customer service support we were provided after signing the contract. We sent (have proof of this communication) that we wanted a design their expert designer said we didnt have enough room based on their professional measurement. Cabinets get delivered they are dirty, damaged, wrong size, etc the most glaring was the fact we could fit the size cabinets we had expressed. We brought this to their attention and basically blamed us. We did our part and they said their measurement would be more accurate so we trusted them. We were also promised $600 gift card for referring our friend and financing through them. It has been a year and numerous follow ups via email and they just dont respond. Stay away.

Visually pleasing product, however my experience with customer service was severely lacking. Some items were delivered damaged, and wrong pieces, resulting in numerous calls to customer service. Countertop installers glued one of my cabinet doors shut, customer service will advertise a call back in 24-48 hrs, but that's not always accurate. The sales associate was good, but there was definitely miscommunication, which resulted in an extra cost to me. Instead of addressing the miscommunication and fixing the issue, customer service felt it appropriate to remove my product delivery fees, basically the lesser priced option. Read the fine print and ask lots of questions although the answers you'll get will still be misleading. I do not recommend Wren and will not use them on future kitchen projects. Buyer beware, but at least the cabinets are covered for as long as I own the house.
