Technician was somewhat rude from the beginning. Never really seemed interested in doing any work on our AC and just wanted to sell us a new one, excuse being it was too old and he couldnt get parts. Refused to come in the house to take a measurement because my mom had covid at the time (!!!! Not ragging on him for this, completely understand at that point in time just felt it is necessary info for the next part !!!!). Home warranty rescheduled the appointment for week later and the guy didnt show up. 30 min after he was supposed to show the Home Warranty reassigned us due to the technician cancelling. He cancelled because of the covid situation. Now heres where the issue is. My mom wasnt even in the house when the appointment was cancelled and that was made clear to them. She was actually negative for covid at this point and was back to work. Everyone had a negative test. So cancelling over that is ridiculous at that point and we were left without AC for another 4 days after already being without for a week. D Nelson came out and fixed the unit with a new motor 2 days ago. So I guess the too old no parts thing was just an excuse to not have to do ant work to fix the unit. You would be getting 1 star, but you get a sympathy star because of the situation we put you in initially.
