I work for a small PT business and know first hand the importance of quality customer service - from beginning to end. The front desk is such an IMPORTANT part of the business that if they are not well informed of how to answer questions regarding insurance, how to put patients at ease if they are anxious prior to an appointment or show/express a friendly and positive attitude, the patient may chose to go elsewhere. Shannon at the front desk is absolutely a rockstar! She is very friendly, knowledgeable and on her game! Lakesha, who took my X-rays and helped the doctor during my visit, is another rockstar! She has such great energy and is very funny that I feel any office will benefit from her knowledge and personality, especially if you are a patient who may be a little anxious before the doctor walks in! And then there is Dr.Ulicny! What a great doctor - super friendly and talked everything through before, during and after my procedures. After my first visit, he called me the next day to ask how I was doing. What medical professional does that? An awesome staff from the front desk, medical assistants and the doctor. Ask for Dr. Ulicny when you schedule an appointment and let them know I sent you - Yolanda P!
