Cadence Academy Preschool

My son started at Cadence Academy Preschool (Cherry Hill) towards the middle of October of this past year. He entered the Toddler 1 classroom, which I believe ranges from 18-24 months. From my first tour of the facility to interactions with staff, Cadence has been nothing but professional, communicative & caring. I love that their schedule reflects the needs of working parents, giving off for established holidays, but doesn't include multiple early closures or 4-day weekends or week-long holidays off. At my son's previous daycare, my husband and I found ourselves taking multiple days off or leaving work early to accommodate the daycare schedule and it became stressful. Additionally, Cadence organizes a calendar full of fun-filled days of learning related to the theme of the month. Students follow an organized schedule while experiencing a variety of learning activities daily, from hands-on centers to story time to outdoor play. My son has been talking more & seems to know things he was never taught at home. It's clear that he's engaging in the class & learning so much. Cadence uses Kaymbu, an app that I'm not entirely fond of, but parents receive announcements, pictures & feedback regarding their child's day. I love that I am constantly informed about what my son is doing every day, what he ate & how he napped. I never feel out of the loop. Lastly, and most importantly, I feel that my son is safe at Cadence. He hasn't experienced incidents of biting, hitting or just getting hurt in general, and he seems happy when we drop him off & pick him up. His teachers, Ms. Katie & Ms. Kendi, truly care about their class. They are always welcoming, kind & patient with the kids. We've had an amazing experience so far and are very grateful that our son was able to join Cadence.

Its always so hard to leave your children in the care of others when working. Ive been so grateful though for the loving care by the staff at Cadence. The director Delilah was my oldest daughters teacher (who still talks about her to this day) and now brings the warmth, care and dedication to the entire school as director. You will not meet a more responsive and kind person who truly goes and above and beyond for the kids experiences. My youngest is now with Miss Blanca and Miss Lisa and I cant say enough how grateful we are for their amazing care. You know your baby is in good hands when she smiles upon getting to see her teachers! It takes a special heart to help little minds develop and weve been able to say that about every teacher our daughters have had at Cadence.

The director at Cadence was very helpful as we were looking at preschools for our son--super responsive and understanding. We also really like the school on our tour. The classrooms were big, bright, and clean, and the children all looked happy and well cared for.

THE BEST! My son (3) and daughter (4) have both been at Cadence for almost a year and I have been extremely happy with our experience. The kids are learning, they have set routines, they are happy to be there, the teachers and director are in constant communication, the list goes on. I think the thing I love the most is feeling very informed about how my children are doing/progressing- good days, bad days, academic progress, behavior concerns, etc. Being an educator myself, I want to know all of those details so I can work with the teachers to set my kiddos up for success. I have never gotten that from other daycares until now. Shout out to Melita (!!), Bridget, Diana, & Lisa!

Love Cadence! My daughter has been going here for almost 2 years now. Love the staff and the family feel they give - they genuinely care about the kids and our concerns as parents. My daughter is a picky eater (ongoing issue for almost 3 years now) and they reached out to me with concerns as she was not eating much and even gave ideas on what to try. That shows true concern! They truly feel like family now. I love the work they do with the students. I am just amazed at the things my daughter is learning. I definitely recommend Cadence and will be enrolling my son when the time comes.
