Before heading to checkout and receiving amazing service and energy from Jenaity, I was ignored the entire time I was in the store and had to ask someone for help. The lady I asked for help (who had green hair) didnt seem too friendly and I instantly regret even asking her anything.. with having had been a manager in retail for 5+ years I could sense her negative energy right away..
I got in line already expecting to leave a 1 star review until Jenairy flipped my entire experience around and made me completely forget about the poor customer service I received from the green haired girl and others working throughout the makeup department.
Jenairy represents the exact type of culture and diversity that the Cherry Hill Ulta needs, if it wasnt for her I probably would never come back to this low vibrational location.
