4 Wheel Parts-Off Road Truck & Jeep 4x4 Parts

Ordered a wheel over a month ago and still havent received. it states it has been delivered. if you look up tracking info it says it was delivered in California..i live in Pennsylvania. have sent multiple emails and calls but no one gets back to you. stay away!

Took my 35" wheels and tires for balancing there today. They did a really good job and were super fast. Not even 40 minutes. Staff is really helpful and friendly

Got warranty on my tires have been waiting over 2 months they said they had 2 alrd and were just waiting for the other two to arrive pssed a month called and said they are on backorder and that i have to keep waiting that they never had any tires available and horrible customer service

they were nice until they got my money then they disappear.I ordered a 3inch lift and tire carrier for the jk hard rock bumper.I was told 1 week to get the parts turned into almost a month.I had to keep calling back when I was told they would reach out to let me know.I was told about 2.5-3 days for installation took 5 full days.I was lied to multiple times.1st time about when it was going to be finished..2nd time was the mechanic was off on Wednesday the day my jeep was suppose to be done 3rd time was told tire carrier was installed and they didnt even have the tire carrier.4th time was told they were going get back to me about the bumper after a week i cancelled the order and took my business elsewhere..

Had my 2.5 lift kit replaced works great then I had issues with my axle seals that needed to be replaced after the job was completed I have had nothing but issue's with the jeep started to check probable causes off the list replaced front drive shaft were before I was told that it was a kit for the transfer case that needed to be replaced today my jeep almost got broadside by another car speeding down the road the jeep couldn't even get out of its own way called 4wp back today to let them know what's going on got blown off for five hrs so 15 min before they closed I called back and told them I will be their @ 9am so we can come to some kind of understanding I need the issue fixed. Ok well back to the store today and we think we found the problem as of this moment they are fixing it seems as though they are trying to do right by me and I appreciate it I have been circle jerked by other's for less so my trust level is minimal at best well let's see were this goes.well they did all they could narrowed it down to the clock spring off to the dealership tomorrow I would like to say thank you to Adam and the crew they did a fantastic job and I appreciate everything you guys did for me this has been an intresting ride so far as being a jeep owner well finally heading to the jeep dealership tomorrow so hopefully this will fix the situation welp needless to say clock spring replaced still got same issue back at the store its on the lift and being worked on all I can say is these guys are great so far they have gone above and beyond Adam and the crew have deff got a loyal customer
