Greetings and may all the Glory go to God for the great work and approvals of my work orders put in with our new management team LOL. I would like to say that the maintenance man Mr. Dan came into fix several things that was way overdue and he is really doing a great job. Mr. Dan is always the first maintenance guy on-site i see EARLY Every Single Morning. ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO SEND OUT SOME WONDERFUL PRAISE TO OUR NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM THEY ARE REALLY WORKING HARD TO FIX WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE YRS. AGO ROME WASN'T BUILT IN A DAY SO PLEASE LET THEM TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I VOTE MR. TIMOTHY NEXT ASST. MGR. LIKE TODAY PLEASE!!!!!!!! BE BLESSED.

Excellent place to live. Staff is great and shot out to maintenance staff Derrick and all of the maintenance are very friendly and professional.Cant forget office workers Morgan and Tim , glad that I moved here .

Morgan Properties is doing the best they can to improve the quality of the property but some of the residents are not complying with the proper usage of the assets. The maintenance teams do not pay attention to prevent them from their wrongdoing or maybe they don't mind about. I live in here for 5 years, and I have been running this business for many years in my mother land, so I really feel sorry for Morgan Properties. residents are responsible as much as the staff to keep their living community's well be kept neat and pleasant place to live.
