Management (Susan) is completely incompetent, unprofessional, and impossible to reach unless they want more of your money. All the other reviews saying similar things are spot on (yes it really does take multiple MONTHS of trying to contact her politely to get any kind of response). The building has gone to $h!t in the past few years. Trash all over the place, water never working, maintenance never fixes what they say they will BUT rent keeps going up somehow. If they had a competent manager this place could be half decent but until then please do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

Trying to get a hold of management since April regarding constant faucet leaks that are so bad black mold has long formed. I guess they won't care until it's my fault and they try to take my deposit.
*Update* I still live here. Not only did it take months to fix the last issue but they decided to let the hot water go out during the first real snow we've had in years. No one informed us tenants about the situation and no one has apologized. Water was out for 3 days.

You get what you pay for don't listen to the people complaining their just ungrateful and don't know what they have! Nice place great location
