Really great service and overall great people. Had a few last minute maintenance issues come up. J&S ordered all the parts and took care of everything from start to finish. Will definitely be going back.

I had just moved to Chatham, NJ from Phoenix,AZ. I had no heat in my vehicle. It was the first snowstorm of 2024. I contacted J&S at noon on a Saturday, during the snowstorm. They said bring it in and they'll check it out. Turns out I had a leak in the radiator. Jesse said he could replace the radiator and have my vehicle back on Sunday this was a 2:30pm. I received a call at 4:45pm advising me my vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up. I picked up my vehicle, it had heat again. It's been a couple of weeks and I have not had any issues with the repair and have heat! Thank you to Jesse and his team for their great work and quickly repairing my vehicle. It was a nice welcome to New Jersey. I will use J&S Motor for any repairs my vehicle may need in the future.

This shop has very competent and capable mechanics...I have been a customer of theirs for at least 5 years and have followed them from a previous shop. Their repair prices are fair and they try to give you alternatives, if one exists. I highly recommend them. They work on both of my vehicles...one is a Chevy Cruze, and the other is a 2006 Hummer...both run awesomely. ADDENDUM: 3-29-2024...I had to have additional work done on my Hummer, I brought it in, they accessed the issue, and within a few days ( due to the shipping of the parts) I got it back and its been running smoothly...no issues...I will continue to use them. I wish there was a way I could put in a new review instead of amending an old one...but they are great and very knowledgeable. Service: Auto maintenance
