        Last week I asked for a 5:00pm appointment, was denied. Thats total fine, its the busy season, I was happy to come at 4:00. I moved my schedule around, inconvenient but still fine. I arrived at 3:55. No one could help me before or at 4:35. I needed to get back to the schedule I had moved around. This is very frustrating because I moved my schedule to come at 4:00 instead of 5:00 AND THAT IS THE TIME I WAS GOING TO BE HELPED.
