        Calling this plumbing service feels like chasing ghosts as Nick rarely returns calls promptly. Their prices are astronomical, and although Chuck, one of their plumbers, does good work, the boss Nick's attitude is less than stellar. Save yourself the hassle and find a plumber who values your time and money.

        I have used RA Dill at least five times over the past few years. Whether replacing a toilet or re piping an entire shower body, the work was always done correctly at a fair price. Work area was always left clean and the service is always friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

        BEWARE!!! They will send you BIG SURPRISE bills without communicating first. Even when a visit was canceled 48 hours ahead they will still show up for nothing so they can charge another visit. Plus they will never pick up the phone and you need to beg them for a callback. Stay away from this dishonest contractor!! UPDATE: RA Dill & Son even threatened to come after me if I didn't delete my review. This explains who they really are. Service: Water heater installation

Great work done competently, efficiently and fairly priced. Always great communication and they showed up on time. Highly recommended!!       1. There was no surprise bill. You were given my hourly rate and you requested that a water heater be removed, inspected, and reinstalled.2. You attempted to cancel an appointment when my employees were already in your neighborhood (not 48 hrs prior), and that visit was when we found that the unlicensed laborers piping a bathroom in your home had incorrectly installed a valve and mixed all your hot and cold water.3. After speaking with you about the bill you did not pay and wanted more work completed. Sorry, but I do not return calls to people that do not pay. 4. There was nothing dishonest about our interaction except you not paying in the agreed upon time, and you hiding that you had other people working in your home that had no business touching plumbing. Good luck in the future finding a plumber to work with.Your update is a lie. I informed you that I would tell your municipality that the work done in your home was not permitted nor done to code. That is not a threat to "come after you".
