Terrific follow up and service. I had an issue with my swimming pool skimmer line. I called Matt at Sewer Surgeons, explained my issue and he said no problem we will take a look He sent one of his staff to my house and within an hour they had diagnosed the problem via video camera in the line. The initial visit was no charge, once we figured out the issue, I fixed it myself. I would highly recommend Sewer Surgeons as they are professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. We had a leaking roof drain line in our commercial building in Teaneck, NJ. After reaching out to a few other companies, we got in touch with Mat from Sewer Surgeons. Mat answered all of our questions leading up to the job and explained exactly how the process was going to work. Norman Towers is an excellently maintained 16 story senior citizen apartment building in NJ. A camera inspection of our vertical sewer lines located in the walls revealed cracks beginning to appear through out the building. After doing research on how to fix the emerging problem without opening the walls and creating a mess and confusion to our tenants we decided to pipe restoration was the appropriate system. After getting bids we chose The Sewer Surgeons. As we started the cleaning process we realized the plumbing portion of our blue prints were not accurate and had to scramble and rethink the entire project. Matthew and his crew did not blink, they worked with us to get the job done working through the set backs caused by faulty prints and pipes that were in worse condition than I initially thought. His attention to detail and the inventive ways and things he created to work around unforeseen problems that came up were fantastic. As a result of his diligence and hard work by himself and his crew we added another 30yrs of life expectancy to our sewer lines. If there was a ten star rating I would give it to The Sewer Surgeons.
