        As a backyard mechanic with more questions and curiosity than actual skill, I appreciate the time Jake and Nick took with me to understand the most likely cause and probability of being able to fix an issue that was bothering me with my 13 year old mini van.         Took my car there a few times. Incompetent rip-off artists. Id rather have Helen Keller work on my car than Bauer.

        I brought my X3 into Bauer for an oil change, brake fluid change and general safety/maintenance checkup. This was the first time I ever brought my vehicle anywhere but the dealer for service. I was very pleased and will be bringing my vehicle here going forward. Services: Auto brake repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

      Mr. Oettinger, you went in with the mental set that we were going to fix your issue for free and after we declined that, you threatened our employee around and threw your credit card to the ground. Apologize but we are not "rip-offs" for charging you pre-agreed amount of $132.21 instead of $0 for your no draw in battery issue (we fixed that too).
