I have been with StateFarm >10 years now. Last year, few friends told me to shop around because new customers are always treated favorably than old customers. I made few phone calls, but found StateFarm actually offered me the best rate! So, I stayed. So happy I stayed. I had a really complicated auto issue few months ago. Amanda was excellent in communicating with me on what steps to take and walked me through the process that took over 2 months to resolve. She picked up the calls, did research, returned my calls, answered my questions, and ultimately helped me through this difficult and confusing time period. Great customer service.
