        I had the worst experience of any place I have ever lived in this complex. My apartment was accessed without my permission. Frequent visits by the health department telling them building that the heat was not at the required minimum level. I wish I never lived there.

        I have lived in this place for an year. Location is good. Have had a great experience with the leasing manager Brett. He is very patient in getting back with respect to any queries/repairs/concerns unlike the other staff in this office who have never responded back to me. Brett is prompt in reverting and resolving issues to a satisfactory level. As a leasing manger he is accountable and considerate in being receptive to resident concerns. The rent however is fluidic with intermittent hikes owing to sudden service fee charges that the management keeps piling without any prior intimation or information. The billing can be decentralized and managed by the renters to avoid service fee which adds up to significant amounts.

        A great place to live. Well-maintained property and easy access to main highways. When it comes to management, they are easy to work with and always helpful. If you looking for a great place to live, I recommend Chatham on Main.

        Don't need help with anything - the service organization, when it exists, is completely incompetent. They spent an entire month trying to find someone with any expertise to fix our heating in the middle of winter. And the only person to answer about it is the incompetent salesperson who is incapable of doing anything but make up excuses. Other than the location these aren't even nice apartments. The floors and walls are so thin our downstairs neighbors would keep us up at night because we could hear them talking. This place tried once and had community organizers. That's over - this is an empty corporate vessel of terribleness that is now metering every utility possible to scratch as much money as they can without doing their job out of tenants. Stay away.

      Sean, I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at Chatham on Main but a lot has changed since you moved out in September 2023! Shamco Management took over the property in January 2024 and we have done everything in our power to make sure that no one has a bad resident experience again! Rest assured that Shamco's maintenance staff would never enter someone's apartment without permission! That goes without saying! We understand that we have to earn the trust of the residents after their poor experience in the past and that's what we plan on doing!
